We will come and get the job done right, so you never have to suffer any of the headaches associated with deep concrete cleaning, exterior house washing and roof cleaning and you will see the results.

What kind of equipment do you use?

​

We use only commercial and industrial grade equipment. None of our equipment is purchased at Home Depot, Lowes or Walmart. The commercial and industrial grade equipment we use on residential and commercial work yields the best results.

How do you clean a driveway?

​

In most applications this is a five step process. First we start with a pre spray of the driveway. The second step involves cleaning the driveway with a surface cleaner. The third step is a complete rinse. The fourth step involves going over the surface one more time with the surface cleaner. The fifth step is the final rinse. Most power washing contractors do not use a five step process even though it yields the best results.

What if I have rust or iron stains on my driveway or walkway will they come out?

In most cases they will come out. However they may need to be treated separately and this may be an additional charge.

Do you use high pressure to wash homes or the exterior of a commercial building?

​

We do not use high pressure on the exterior of your home or a commercial building. High pressure can damage your roof and exterior siding. The only area that high pressure is used is on concrete. On the exterior of your home or commercial building we use a soft wash system to clean. This process will not do any damage to the exterior of your home or building.

How do you clean the exterior of a residential home or commercial building?

​

We start by pre spray with fresh water any delicate plants. The next step involves applying a pre spray to the exterior surfaces. After 5 or 10 minutes the exterior is rinsed off with water. And all plants are give a final rinse with fresh water.

How do you clean a roof?

​

We use a soft wash system for cleaning all roofs. We apply a pre spray to your roof. After 15 or 20 minutes we rinse it down. Sometimes a second application is needed and this is done at no additional cost.

How often should my roof be cleaned?

​

A metal roof should be cleaned yearly. Metal roof manufacturers require metal roofs to be cleaned yearly. Failure to have your metal roof cleaned yearly could void the warrantee.  Some Insurance companies will not insure your home unless your asphalt shingled roof is cleaned yearly.

Do I need to be at home during the cleaning process?

​

You do not need to be at home during the cleaning process. Before we arrive to clean the exterior of your home it is important to make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked. This will help water from infiltrating your home.

Do you need to use my electricity?

​

Electricity is not needed to power our equipment. All we need is access to water.

​

What if something is missed? Or I am not happy with the service?

Yes. We offer a discount on multiple services (2 or more) and we offer a discount when you refer someone.
